Returns policy

All returned items will be provided with store credit only 
this does not effect you statutory rights 
Conditions of return
we will accept returns of any full price item that is in its original condition (excluding sparkle products) This mean the item can not be worn , washed, altered , marked or damaged In any way from UK customers only.
Sale items are non returnable
We can not accept returns from outside of the uk as UK customs charges are currently to expensive 
if you wish to return an item please contact and provide your order number and reason for return 
All returned items will be provided with store credit only
You can place an order for your desired item using the store credit code you will be provided.
Return Policy
All eligible items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Returns that are attempted outside of this time frame will be denied and returned to customer.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest you send items back tracked as lux lingerie will not be held accountable for items that are lost in transit when being returned to us.
Items must be returned in original packaging. Items must have not been removed from packaging. They must be unworn, unwashed and free of any smells. They must have no stains or marks including but not exclusive to fake tan / makeup / perfumes.
All returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the item.
SALE Items 
We do not accept returns on any sale items. Or items that have been purchased with a discount code. If these items are attempted to be returned they will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
Sparkle Products 
Lux lingerie do not accept returns of any of our sparkle items. This is due to the delicate nature of the items.
Subscription boxes
We do not accept any returns for store credit or refunds on our subscription box. We do accept exchanges for the same set to be sent in another size. 
Store Credit
Store credit will be provided in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order.
Store credit can only be used online at our website
This can not be transferred to another person or account.
Store credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have been issued with 'store credit' as a refund method.
Any purchase that exceeds the value of store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance.
Store credit has no expiration date. Store credit is issued in Great British Pounds (GBP) and return shipping fees will apply for all store credits issued.
Faulty Items
All items are inspected before packaging however in the unlikely case you receive a faulty item e.g. manufacturing faults please contact within 24hrs of delivery. Please provide your order number, which item is damaged, description of the damage and photographic evidence.
Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of our team we can not action a refund or replacement. Once we have received the above information we will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue
